Synergistic agriculture technique, which is based on 4 principles:

• No tillage of the soil, the soil is not plowed or dried except at the beginning, in the creation of the pallets.
• Don't compact the soil
• No chemical fertilization: fertility is given by the cover of organic origin on the ground (like natural undergrowth)
• Biodiversity: cultivate at least 3 botanical families.
